Module 1: Cadence/Prelude

• Patient Lookup - Look up a patient's record
• Registration - Register patients, enter demographics, PCP information, emergency contacts, employment information, and visit-specific details
• Guarantor Accounts and Coverages - Add/inactivate guarantor accounts, add new coverages, verify electronically, attach coverages, terminate coverage for members, add workers' comp accounts
• Scheduling - Specify appointment details, select time, confirm appointments, see first available times, schedule with multiple providers, recurring appointments, walk-ins, and enter orders
• Canceling and Rescheduling - Reschedule/cancel appointments, reschedule canceled appointments
• Creating and Assigning Referrals - View referral information, check if appointment has referral, assign/create referrals while scheduling
• Check In and Check Out - Sign in patients, record arrivals, collect documents, complete MSPQ, collect copays, record completion, schedule follow-ups
• Wait List - Add patients to wait list, schedule from wait list

Module 3: Willow Inpatient

• Getting Started - High-level view of pharmacy operations
• Find a Patient - Search by name/MRN, search for admitted patients
• Place Orders - Enter new orders, narrow searches, understand Preference/Facility/Database Lookup tabs, order medication panels, linked orders, IVs, TPN, non-configured medications, procedures
• Edit Order Details - Change dose, schedule orders, enter comments/instructions, review dispense information, mark patient-supplied medications, change products, add missing information
• Finish Placing Orders - Save unfinished orders, finish saved work, finalize orders to start now, address medication warnings
• Verify Orders - Identify queue icons, control patient visibility, verify orders, create/edit/close interventions, review current meds/i-Vents/labs
• Review a Patient's Chart - Review diagnoses, refer to MAR, review medication administration history, allergies, notes, older lab results
